When You Visit Retzlaff Vineyards

Check-in with our Hostess on arrival. Enter the winery lawn and make your way to the Hostess Station. Here, we will get you started on your visit with us. If the Hostess Station is not set up, head directly to the wine shop.

Reservations are recommended. We will try to accommodate small walk-in groups after we have checked in guests with reservations. We will not be able to take walk-ins of groups with more than 6 people. Picnic table reservations are limited to 2 hours to give us time to prep between each seating. Plan about 1 hour for a Cellar Master tasting and 90 minutes for a Premium tasting flight.

Help us keep it clean: please clean up and discard your garbage before you leave, including leftover food, plates, utensils, napkins. Garbage and recycling bins are located all around the winery grounds. Empty wine bottles are collected in wine boxes for separate recycling. Thanks for helping us reduce everyone’s exposure to germs and keeping the grounds nice for other guests.

Be mindful: Please treat everyone with patience and kindness.

Children:  Children 1 year and older are charged in the per-person reservation pricing, but are not counted toward the bottle purchase quantity requirement. Children are not permitted in the tented tasting area or inside the wine shop. Children must always remain with their adults. They may not be left unaccompanied and must be seated with their adults. We do not allow kids-only tables. Children may not use the restrooms unaccompanied without their adult.

Please come with table-top entertainment for your children. We know kids want to play, but for their safety and consideration for others: loud, unruly play, climbing on trees, running through the vineyard, balls and throw toys are not permitted.

Pets: Well-behaved, leashed, and non-barking dogs are permitted. No more than 2 dogs per group per table. Please pick up after your pet. Bring a water bowl and water for your dog. Do not allow children or strangers to pet your dog. Please no bones.

Please no: Pop-up tents, lawn chairs, or picnic blankets (other than for infants).
