We understand that things happen spontaneously and we try to accommodate small walk-in groups if space is available. Groups of 6 or more require a reservation.
Cellar Master Wine Tasting
Sample 5 exceptional wines in a 1-hour tasting, in your choice of: our traditional flight, an all-white wine flight, or an all-red wine flight.
Tastings are held outdoors where you can enjoy the beautiful grounds, and are moved indoors when weather demands. Space is limited, so reservations are recommended. Book Tasting
Cellar Master Tasting Details:
- $30 per person, refundable with 2 bottle purchase.
- Retzlaff Wine Club members enjoy a complimentary tasting each quarter for the member and 3 guests. Join the wine club now, then reserve your reservation under “Wine Club” on the reservations page.
- Sorry, but children are not permitted in the wine-tasting area.
Premium Wine Tasting
Enjoy an expanded tasting menu with a charcuterie or vegetarian hummus plate to complement your wines in this 90-minute seated tasting experience. View reservation options.
Premium Tasting Details:
- $55 per person
- Includes a wide selection of our fine wines, starting with our Sparkling and ending with our famous Port, and includes a pairing meal choice (select your meal with your reservation)
- Children are not permitted in the wine-tasting area
- Groups of 4 or more will be charged a 20% gratuity after the tasting
Picnic Table and Seating Reservations
Enjoy our lovely grounds with friends, family, and fine Retzlaff wine
- Picnic table or barrel seating fee for 1-12 persons is $5 per person, including non-drinkers. Please include children 1 year and older in your reservation count.
- Club members enjoy free picnic space for up to 6 guests.
- 2 seatings to select from: 12-2 pm or 2:30-4:30 pm. Your 2-hour reservation includes stemware, bottle service, and ice buckets. Food vendors and free live music most Saturdays and Sundays.
- If you wish to enjoy the picnic grounds for the entire day 12-4:30 pm, please book both seatings. The minimum wine purchase is doubled.
- Picnic tables require a minimum wine purchase of 2 bottles, increasing by 1 bottle per 2 adults for groups of 5 or more. (Example: a group of 5-6 people has a 3-bottle minimum).
- Minimum wine purchase of 1 bottle per 2 persons seated at wine barrels or Adirondack chairs.

Food Options
- Snack items and beverages can be purchased in the Retzlaff wine shop.
- Many weekend days we have excellent fresh food available for purchase from great food trucks and caterers. Check our calendar for specifics.
When you visit Retzlaff Vineyards
Check-in with our Hostess on arrival. Enter the winery lawn and look for the Hostess station. Here, we will get you started on your visit with us. On weekdays, head directly to the wine shop.
Reservations are recommended. We will try to accommodate small walk-in groups after we have checked in guests with reservations. We will not be able to take walk-ins of groups with more than 6 people. Picnic table reservations are limited to 2 hours to give us time to prep between each seating. Plan about 1 hour for a Cellar Master tasting and 90 minutes for a Premium tasting flight.
Help us keep it clean: please clean up and discard your garbage before you leave, including leftover food, plates, utensils, napkins. Garbage and recycling bins are located all around the winery grounds. Empty wine bottles are collected in wine boxes for separate recycling. Thanks for helping us reduce everyone’s exposure to germs and keeping the grounds nice for other guests.
Be mindful: Please treat everyone with patience and kindness.
Children: Children 1 year and older are charged in the per-person reservation pricing, but are not counted toward the bottle purchase quantity requirement.. Children must always remain with their adults and are not permitted in the tented tasting area or inside the wine shop. Children may not be left unaccompanied and must be seated with their adults. We do not allow kids-only tables. Children may not use the restrooms unaccompanied without their adult. Loud and unruly play is not permitted. Please come with table-top entertainment for your children. Balls and throw toys are not permitted.
Pets: Well-behaved, leashed, and non-barking dogs are permitted. No more than 2 dogs per group per table. Please pick up after your pet. Bring a water bowl and water for your dog. Do not allow children or strangers to pet your dog. Please no bones.
Please no: Pop-up tents, lawn chairs, or picnic blankets (other than for infants).
