Sustainable Winemaking Seminar

Come out to Retzlaff to attend this sustainable winemaking seminar and panel discussion where you will learn about Sustainable and Organic winery practices and programs to help growers. Speakers include industry experts, representatives from the Wine Institute and CCOF to answer questions about certification, state representatives with information about government grants and programs to help growers, and a discussion of the future of water in California.
Presented by Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan, the Livermore Wine Growers Association, and Las Positas College’s Viticulture and Wine Technology department. Hosted by Retzlaff Vineyards, a CCOF California Certified Organic Farm.
An optional tour of Retzlaff Winery follows the program.
