Retzlaff Estate Winery is proud to support a variety of non-profit organizations particularly those causes which are important to our employees, Retzlaff wine club members and our local community.

Please understand we do receive a high number of requests for donations every year and as much as we would like to support every deserving charitable request, we are a relatively small organization and must limit our support to a small number of preferably local charities.

If you would like your organization to be considered, please review our donation policy below:

• All donation requests must be made via EMAIL ONLY.  Please send your request to: donations@retzlaffwinery.com

  Please include the name of the organization requesting the item donation, some info about the organization as well as complete contact information.

• We do not provide cash donations.
• Donations for live and silent auction items may include gift certificates for tours and tastings.
• If a donation request is accepted, we will provide a description of the donated item(s) and indicate the market value of the item(s).
• Please understand that submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. While every request we receive may be worthy, we cannot honor them all. If you do not receive a response from us it means we are simply unable to honor your request.
• Donated items should be picked up by your organization at the winery, by arrangement, prior to the event.
