Gabba Gabba Wood Fired Pizza will be on-site, serving up a delicious selection of authentic, handcrafted pizzas made with the freshest, finest ingredients. One bite of Gabba Gabba wood-fired pizza, and you will feel transported to Italy. At least your mouth will. The pizzaiolos, husband and wife team Davide and Kristi, hand craft each pizza the traditional Northern Italian way, with authentic ingredients sourced from Italy and locally sourced in-season veggies. These classic pizzas are made to the highest quality standards. It starts with hand-made dough (no machine mixers), that undergoes a long fermentation process resulting in a crust that is flavorful, soft and crunchy; able to stand up to the mouthwatering toppings, which include hand-made San Marzano sauce, premium cheeses, and high-quality meats.
