Full Moon Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Meditation

Arrival time between 5:45pm-6pm

Join Cynthia for an hour long crystal bowl sound bath, a sound healing journey, on the lawn at Retzlaff Vineyards.

The harmonic resonance of the bowls help to induce different healing states for all of our bodies: mental, emotional, physical and energetic. These states can regulate the nervous system and usher in a state of calm and relaxation.  By allowing our systems to be fully immersed in these tones we allow for our energies to be cleared, shifted, aligned and re-balanced. This brings us into a state of harmony, well-being and alignment with ourselves and Source. 

Cynthia channels energy for the group while playing each sound bath.  The energies and sounds of the bowls can shift depending on what the group needs at that time. This means that every sound bath is a unique experience!

Please bring a picnic blanket or yoga mat to lay on, water, and any other items you need for your comfort while laying down.

Wine will be available to purchase by the glass or bottle after class.
