It’s Barrel Tasting Weekend in the Livermore Valley at Retzlaff Vineyards! Enjoy wine tasting, wines by the barrel, live music, and great food during this festive weekend both Saturday and Sunday at friendly Retzlaff Vineyards. Discover wine tasting as it should be during the Livermore Valley Barrel Tasting Weekend, a celebration of exceptional wine making and friendly hospitality.
Wine Tasting, Barrel Tasting &/or Picnic with bottle purchase
Enjoy your visit 3 ways:
- Barrel Tasting: sample young wines from the barrel and then from the bottle to see how our wines progress during aging. $25 per person, reservations recommended.
- Traditional & Premium wine-tasting flight: sample a flight of popular Retzlaff wines. Starting at $30 per person, reservations are recommended as space is limited.
- Bottle Picnic: Enjoy wines by the bottle at a reserved table on the lawn. Reservations are recommended as space is limited.

Saturday: Carman Hammond
Carman is a 5-star rated solo musician who loves playing from a wide variety of music genres and decades including pop, rock, classics, soul, country, and more. Carman’s specialty is taking well-known songs and creating arrangements that fit an acoustic genre, covering songs by Ed Sheeran, The Beatles, Journey, John Legend, Eric Clapton, The Temptations, and more.
